GY cacao butter is made from the highly prized Ecuadorian fine flavour Arriba Nacional bean. Our cacao butter is not deodorized (it smells and tastes like chocolate), certified organic, Rainforest Alliance, common allergen-free, non GMO, ceremonial grade, vegan and delicious!
Our cacao butter is lab tested, clean and pure, is not deodorized nor treated with toxic chemicals. Giddy Yo cacao butter is low temperature processed from start to finish to maximize quality and taste while maintaining nutritional integrity.
Suggested use: Create your own body care, handmade chocolate, desserts, or grate into hot beverages (coffee, chaga tea, elixirs, hot chocolate etc.). Use in your cooking (great for frying) and baking (brownies, cakes, cookies, etc.), and various other desserts. You'll definitely want to try making your own dark chocolate by adding GY cacao butter to our powder or paste, and sweeten with honey or maple syrup (or not)- it’s easier than you may think!
We'll leave you with this idea- create next level hot chocolate by adding our cacao powder/ paste to your milk of choice (our favourite is Cha's coconut milk), grating GY cacao butter and adding a sweetener of choice. To level up add GY maca and vanilla, GY medicinal mushroom extracts, herbs & spices of choice, maybe some mint essential oil, and voila, health in a mug!
