The is a smooth, easy drinking vinegar with a hint of apple. Made with whole apples (gala, granny smith, and braeburn)- not just the skins and core, which many ACV are made with. It's a perfect ACV for salads, marinades, and also for those interested in 'APEEL' - free vinegar (sorry, no thank you Braggs).
It’s unfiltered, organic and biodynamic making it perfect to drink on a daily basis so you can reap all the health benefits! It is aged in oak barrels and has an acidity level of 5%. It pairs with salads, vegetables or as a sipping vinegar.
