La pureté à laquelle vous pouvez faire confiance : Nos ingrédients sont testés par un laboratoire tiers, exempts d'allergènes courants (noix, arachides, produits laitiers, soja, gluten), certifiés biologiques (sauf notre sel de montagne), FairTrade et casher (au niveau du fournisseur), de qualité cérémoniale (cacao), végétaliens et sans OGM. Notre cacao est exceptionnellement riche, crémeux et lisse, mais avec beaucoup moins d'amertume que ce à quoi on pourrait s'attendre. Il est exceptionnellement bon et spécial, tout comme vous !
Cacao Criollo pur ultra-premium du Pérou : Nous avons soigneusement sélectionné le meilleur cacao Criollo de "qualité cérémoniale" du district de VRAEM, province de Cusco, au Pérou, en veillant à l'absence de variétés hybrides CCN51. Ce cacao est très peu chauffé, ce qui préserve une teneur plus élevée en flavanols tout en offrant un goût floral/fruité unique, lisse et moins amer. La différence ? Une chaleur minimale, une variété Criollo rare et le terroir distinct du sol péruvien.
CONSIDÉRATIONS SPÉCIALES POUR LA BARRE GÉANTE DE 1 kg : Notre barre de 1 kg est livrée en deux portions de 500 g pour faciliter la manipulation et le découpage.
Ce produit est conçu spécifiquement pour être retravaillé ; idéal pour la cuisson, la fonte et la transformation en une création chocolatée parfaite. Bien sûr, vous pouvez le manger tel quel, mais sachez que ce chocolat est très peu tempéré et peut donc être sujet à des variations de texture, à une consistance aérée (comme une barre Aero), à une sensation cireuse en bouche ou à un film gris naturel (voile gras), contrairement à nos barres finies de 60 g qui sont parfaitement tempérées et destinées à une consommation directe. Nous n'acceptons pas les retours pour ces caractéristiques inhérentes.
- Avant d'ouvrir : Gardez la barre scellée et frappez-la sur le comptoir pour la casser en morceaux.
- Après ouverture : Utilisez un couteau de chef et une planche à découper, en coupant en diagonale pour des portions nettes.
- Remarque sur l'expédition : En raison de sa taille, le chocolat peut arriver avec des petites cassures, mais il est tout aussi délicieux !

-Hachez et mélangez-les à des biscuits, des crêpes, du gruau, du yogourt, des barres énergétiques — transformez-les en super-héros.
-Faites-les fondre et laissez libre cours à votre imagination : ajoutez-y des noix, des graines, des baies, des huiles, des herbes, des champignons — votre cuisine, vos règles.
-Fouettez-les dans des élixirs ou un chocolat chaud qui a vraiment le goût de chocolat.
-Fondue. Avons-nous besoin d'en dire plus ?
-Râpez-les sur des desserts, comme la personne sophistiquée que vous êtes.
-Trempez-y des fruits. Vous le méritez.

after 1.75 yrs chocolate-free i started eating chocolate again early 2024. must say your chocolate has a sublime taste and finish!

Tastes great and not bitter despite being 89% dark chocolate. Love to cut off a piece to enjoy on it's own or to create a chocolate coating on homemade treats.

I do prefer the previous scoring of even squares which made it easier to break off even pieces of chocolate. When you made the bars smaller, 60g instead of 62 g, you sadly also changed the scoring/ marks for breaking the chocolate bars. Please bring back the even scoring.

As an avid chocolateeer this is a must have bulk version of chocolate. The small bars just don't last more than a day or two; this mega bar fills the void and lasts longer. Great taste. The only suggestion I would have is to pre-score the bar so I can ration my intake! Will buy again!

For me it’s rare to find a bar with such high cacao percentage taste so good. It’s hard not to eat the entire bar. Such a good guilt free sweet snack. Will be purchasing more.

Was looking for another source of high quality dark chocolate that does not contain soy and uses only cane or coconut sugar. Saw an online comparison list that rated Giddy Yo very highly. As you are a Canadian company, that is also a plus, so I took a chance and ordered 5 of the 89% DARK and 5 of the chocolate/mint. Tried the 89% DARK so far, and it's excellent!

What can I say? This is pretty much one of the only company from which I do eat products that contain some sugar. I usually react to all types of refined chocolate, and sugars. Here, you've got a raw bar. And nutritient dense crystals. The blend just makes wonders for me. Add to that that every time I share one of these, people's reaction is the same! Surprise at the taste for such a rich percentage of cacao. Then surprise at the taste, every category included, just because it's unique. A delight to every person :)
