Pureté à laquelle vous pouvez faire confiance : Nos ingrédients sont testés en laboratoire par des tiers, exempts d'allergènes courants (noix, arachides, produits laitiers, soja, gluten), certifiés biologiques (sauf notre sel de montagne), FairTrade et Casher (au niveau du fournisseur), de qualité cérémoniale (cacao), végétaliens et sans OGM. Notre cacao est exceptionnellement riche, crémeux et doux - mais avec beaucoup moins d'amertume que ce à quoi on pourrait s'attendre. Il est exceptionnellement bon et spécial, tout comme vous !
Cacao Criollo Ultra-Premium, Pur, du Pérou : Nous avons soigneusement sélectionné le meilleur cacao Criollo de "qualité cérémoniale" du district de VRAEM, province de Cusco, au Pérou, en nous assurant qu'il n'y ait pas de variétés hybrides CCN51. Ce cacao est chauffé minimalement, préservant ainsi une teneur plus élevée en flavanols tout en offrant un goût floral/fruité uniquement doux et moins amer. La différence ? Une chaleur minimale, une variété Criollo rare et le terroir distinct du sol péruvien.
CONSIDÉRATIONS SPÉCIALES POUR LA BARRE GÉANTE DE 1 kg : Notre barre de 1 kg est présentée en deux portions de 500 g pour faciliter la manipulation et la découpe.
Ce produit est conçu spécifiquement pour être retravaillé ; idéal pour la pâtisserie, la fonte et la transformation en une parfaite création chocolatée. Bien sûr, vous pouvez le manger tel quel, mais sachez que ce chocolat est très peu tempéré et peut donc être sujet à des variations de texture, à une consistance aérée (comme une barre Aero), à une sensation en bouche cireuse ou à un film gris naturel (voile de gras), contrairement à nos barres finies de 60 g qui sont parfaitement tempérées et destinées à une consommation directe. Nous n'acceptons pas les retours pour ces caractéristiques inhérentes.
- Avant d'ouvrir : Gardez la barre scellée et frappez-la sur le comptoir pour la casser en morceaux.
- Après ouverture : Utilisez un couteau de chef et une planche à découper, en coupant en diagonale pour des portions nettes.
- Note d'expédition : En raison de sa taille, le chocolat peut arriver avec des cassures mineures, mais il est tout aussi délicieux !

-Hachez et ajoutez à des biscuits, des crêpes, du gruau, du yogourt, des barres énergétiques — transformez-les en plats de super-héros.
-Faites-le fondre et laissez libre cours à votre imagination : ajoutez des noix, des graines, des baies, des huiles,
des herbes, des champignons — votre cuisine, vos règles.
-Fouettez-le dans des élixirs ou du chocolat chaud qui a réellement le goût de
chocolat.
-Fondu. Faut-il en dire plus ?
-Râpez-le sur des desserts comme la personne sophistiquée que vous êtes.
-Trempez-y des fruits. Vous le méritez.

I have never liked dark chocolate, but this chocolate is very different. Not bitter like most dark chocolates, very smooth and despite very little sugar, incredibly tasty.
Handcrafted goodness.
I eat chocolate everyday and hope to continue this delight forever! Delicious, reasonable price for the exceptional quality. I also use it in some recipes, fantastic!

These chocolate bars are the best! They are a perfect way to enjoy a dark chocolate with a hint of t of sweet/vanilla/salt with a coffee or tea.

All of GY flavours are THE BOMB DOT COM. And in particular, these wafers make the enjoyment so much better. I used to use a bar and struggle with the package over a few days (first world problems), but now having the wafers makes it easier to share, snack and keep my body FUELLED! Muchos Recommendos.
A little harder to break off than the lower percentages of chocolate, but the quality is excellent and the price versus the single chocolates is well worth it.

I also use small pieces of this chocolate while intermittent fasting, to get me through the hours. A large butchering knife works great to cut off small pieces for easy (daily : ) consumption. The vanilla and salt work beautifully together on the palate.

I have been a loyal customer and have been enjoying your delicious chocolate for many years. I am disappointed with the new version, the new shape and size makes it hard to break into even squares, the old bars with the neat sections made it easy to break into the same bite size pieces, also the old bars were thicker which I liked more, the new bars are thinner.
the first few bars of the vanilla we have enjoyed, seems to be a bit light on the vanilla flavour. However, The mint bar is stil packing it's yummy mint flavour, so that's a win.
