Deux ingrédients simples : cacao cérémonial ultra-premium et huile essentielle de menthe poivrée biologique. Oubliez la menthe Laura Secord, celle-ci est fraîche du jardin, brillante et vivante. Si vous êtes une superstar du chocolat noir, un membre de la communauté céto, un éviteur de sucre, ou simplement un gars « normal » cherchant à réduire sa consommation de sucre, celle-ci est pour vous. Préparez-vous à l'amertume, laissez-vous surprendre par l'onctuosité avec un doux baiser mentholé. Une dose de cacao ? Plus que satisfait.

Une pureté à laquelle vous pouvez faire confiance :Chaque lot est testé par un laboratoire tiers, exempt d'allergènes courants (noix, arachides, produits laitiers, soja, gluten), certifié biologique, FairTrade (au niveau du fournisseur), de qualité cérémoniale, végétalien, sans OGM, crémeux et onctueux. Notre cacao est exceptionnellement riche, mais avec beaucoup moins d'amertume qu'on pourrait s'y attendre. Notre cacao est d'une qualité et d'une spécificité rares, tout comme vous !
Cacao Criollo pur et ultra-premium du Pérou :Nous avons soigneusement sélectionné le meilleur cacao Criollo de « qualité cérémoniale » du district de VRAEM, province de Cusco, Pérou, garantissant l'absence de variétés hybrides CCN51. Ce cacao est très peu chauffé, ce qui préserve une teneur plus élevée en flavanols tout en offrant un goût floral/fruité uniquement onctueux et moins amer. La différence ? Une chaleur minimale, une variété Criollo rare et le terroir distinct du sol péruvien.
CONSIDÉRATIONS SPÉCIALES POUR LA BARRE GÉANTE DE 1 kg :Notre barre de 1 kg est livrée en deux portions de 500 g pour une manipulation et un découpage faciles.
Ce produit est conçu spécifiquement pour être retravaillé ; idéal pour la cuisson, la fonte et la transformation en une création chocolatée parfaite. Bien sûr, vous pouvez le manger tel quel, mais sachez que ce chocolat est très peu tempéré et peut donc être sujet à des variations de texture, à une consistance aérée (comme une barre Aero), à une sensation cireuse en bouche ou à un voile gris naturel (fleur de gras), contrairement à nos barres finies de 60 g qui sont parfaitement tempérées et destinées à une consommation directe. Nous n'acceptons pas les retours pour ces caractéristiques inhérentes.
- Avant d'ouvrir : Gardez la barre scellée et frappez-la sur le comptoir pour la casser en morceaux.
- Après ouverture : Utilisez un couteau de chef et une planche à découper, en coupant en diagonale pour des portions nettes.
- Remarque concernant l'expédition : En raison de sa taille, le chocolat peut arriver avec des cassures mineures, mais il est tout aussi délicieux !

You can't even taste the mint in this bar. I don't even have words to describe the taste of this bar, but all I can say is that I don't get why it passed the taste test. I'm sorry I purchased two online. Just took a chance. I love everything else I purchased though (medium roast coffee, decaf coffee & chlorella tabs).

This is seriously the best chocolate I have ever had in my life; I have been eating giddy yo products for many years. I love the taste and texture; it really is wonderful. I love so many flavors, but, this is my favorite, I eat some almost every day. I enjoy it and feel amazing. I am ordering another case today.

I often prefer 100% plain chocolate, and Giddy Yo is definitely the best. It's smooth and not bitter and the touch of mint is perfect!

Love these jumbo bar sizes! Just be careful breaking them up... I had a piece fly into a sink of soapy water! (all good - I rinsed it off, melted it down and all was delciious!)

Same here as with the pure Hundo version : Build a self-respect ritual, using products that respect nature and people. A moment shared with others, one square of chocolate at the time. Yes, I know, one part of the bar is bigger and cannot be totally separated in equal parts, and that in itself is perfect. It invites a "I am not lacking anything in sharing with you and enjoying a moment with you", and a "you do not need perfect parts to make a perfect whole being". For any situation, be it festive and expressive, or more internal, as with a chocolate or cacao meditation, those bars are a great companion.
