We have gone to great lengths to source premium cacao from the Vraem district, province of Cusco, Peru. The compilation of our beans are true Criollo and there is no CCN51 hybrid cacao present. GIDDY YO cacao has the best quality cacao in large volume in Peru. Our cacao truly is unique and premium.

We offer you the Ferrari / Bently of cacao; always lab tested, certified organic, Fair Trade (at supplier level), common allergen-free (free from nuts/ peanuts /dairy/ soy/ gluten etc.), non GMO, vegan, non-deodorized, creamy and delicious!
Our cacao is hand-selected, fermented and dried to perfection, crushed into nibs, the skins removed or 'winnowed' and ground into a liquid. The liquefied cacao is tempered, cooled and packaged for your enjoyment. Our cacao paste is clean and pure, never treated with toxic chemicals, and is low temperature processed from start to finish to maximize quality and taste while maintaining nutritional integrity.
Food safety is of primary importance and we are happy to share with you that our Peruvian partner holds the following certifications; Organic, Fair Trade, Kosher, HACCP, and BRC Certification. Further steps have been taken to ensure the cacao is non-irradiated and common allergen-free.
Suggested use: GY cacao paste is ideal for making hot beverages; hot cocoa, coffee, chaga tea, elixirs, and ceremonial cacao. Great in smoothies, trail mix, desserts and other chocolate creations, or eat straight up. Try making your own dark chocolate bar, truffles or bark (+nuts, seeds & dried fruit).
Cacao paste is every similar to baking chocolate- it melts like chocolate and is 100% cacao so do not expect it to taste sweet.
