Our cacao is hand-selected, fermented and dried to perfection and packaged for your enjoyment. Our cacao nibs are clean and pure, never treated with toxic chemicals, and is low temperature processed from start to finish to maximize quality and taste while maintaining nutritional integrity.
Food safety is of primary importance, and we are happy to share with you that our Peruvian partner holds the following certifications: Organic, Fair Trade, Kosher, HACCP, and BRC Certification. Further steps have been taken to ensure the cacao is non-irradiated and common allergen-free.
