We're so darn happy to share with you our single origin lightly-roasted Ecuadorian heirloom organic cacao! We use non-hybrid Arriba Nacional criollo cacao with a lightly-roasted experience culminating in a deep powerful rich nutty dark chocolate flavour. Your taste buds are gonna be like YASSS! Thus far feedback has been 2 thumbs way up, like we wish-we-would-have-switched-years-ago thumbs up!
The 82% Vanilla Salt is our top-selling chocolate bar, a staff fave and what we feel is pretty darn close to chocolate perfection! Salt enhances the nutty cacao and vanilla flavours taking this bar next level, a total home run! And to boot it's 82% dark so you know you’re doing your body good. It’s how we roll baby.
These are BIG bars (6.5"x9.5"x1" thick /16.5cmx24cmx2.5 cm thick). Ideal for chocolate addicts, home bakers, and the manufacturing sector.
Due to the thickness and extended time it takes to cool this bar, the chocolate may not be tempered. What this means for you is that it may look a little different once you break into pieces, may have a different mouth feel, may not have the same consistency as our chocolate bars, then again it may be just the same as our 62g bars. This bar was made with the intention the end user would melt down and transform into something different, so enjoy!
To easily break into pieces, keep bar in sealed bag and whack on the countertop. It may break during the shipping so we do not guarantee it will arrive to you in 1 piece.
