Purity You Can Trust: Our ingredients are third-party lab tested, free from common allergens (nuts, peanuts, dairy, soy, gluten), certified organic (except our mt. salt), FairTrade and Kosher (at supplier level), ceremonial grade (cacao), vegan, and non-GMO. Our cacao is exceptionally rich, creamy and smooth- yet with far less bitterness than one might expect. It's uncommonly good and special, just like you!
Ultra-Premium, Pure Criollo Cacao from Peru: We’ve carefully sourced the finest ‘ceremonially grade’ Criollo cacao from VRAEM district, province of Cusco, Peru ensuring no CCN51 hybrid varietals. This cacao is minimally heated thus preserving higher flavanol content while offering a uniquely smooth, less bitter floral/ fruity taste. The difference? Minimal heat, a rare Criollo variety, and the distinct terroir of Peruvian soil.

This product is crafted specifically to be reworked; ideal for baking, melting, and transforming into a perfect chocolate creation. Sure, you can eat it straight up but please be aware this chocolate is minimally tempered and thus may be subject to textural variations, an aerated consistency (like an Aero bar), a waxy mouth-feel, or a natural grey film (fat bloom), unlike our finished 60g bars which are perfectly tempered and meant for direct consumption. We do not accept returns for these inherent characteristics.
- Before opening: Keep the bar sealed and whack it on the counter to break it into pieces.
- After opening: Use a chef’s knife and chopping board, cutting diagonally for clean portions.
- Shipping note: Due to its size, the chocolate may arrive with minor breaks—but it’s just as delicious!

If anyone is looking for ridiculously tasty, satisfying, soul nourishing chocolate, then look no further. You can take as deep dive as you like into their uplifting chocolate. Sample it, or make your own. I have done both. I always feel like a child receiving a Christmas gift when wares from Giddy Yo arrive. And I should mention I have mould sensitivity issues, and with their testing to ensure it is free of mycotoxins, this company is my go to.

Giddy Yo does not disappoint- if you have not tried the raspberry, please do yourself a favour and get some. The wafers are thin and melt perfectly, and easy to not eat too many...portion control for sure! Now i just need to hide them from the kids....

Ight so. When I heard all of the benefits of dark chocolate, I would dabble into different brands at my local health food store. I absolutely love the combination of raspberry and chocolate.. so when I found that Giddy yo offered this flavour, I snatched it faster than a hawk grabbing its prey. and IT DID NOT AND DOES NOT, disappoint. The freeze-dried raspberry not only makes it beautiful to look at, but it's SO YUMMMYYYYYYY. Now that I've worked myself up to the 100% dark chocolate, this flavour is dessert for me :)
