Description

Certified Organic, Lab Tested, Ceremonial Grade Heirloom Cacao, Fairly Traded, Allergen-Free (Peanut/Nut, Gluten, Dairy, Soy), Low Temperature Process, 100% Cacao.

GIDDY YO CACAO PASTE is not your average cacao. It is an ultra-premium, ceremonial-grade experience crafted from the rare true Criollo bean, deeply nourishing for both body and soul. Sourced from Peru's Pangoa district in the VRAEM region, our cacao offers a distinctive floral and fruity profile, shaped by the highly mineralized volcanic soils of the Andean terroir.

Through meticulous sourcing and low-temperature processing, starting with a gentle 45°C toast and concluding with a precise 1-minute microbiological kill-step at 90°C, we preserve a remarkably high flavanol content. The result is a cacao paste with less bitterness than our competitors, offering a deep clean cacao experience that is as uncommonly special as you are.

Purity You Can Trust: We believe in radical transparency. Our cacao paste is 100% Certified Organic, Non-GMO, Vegan, Kosher and FairTrade (at supplier level), and always ceremonial grade. Our supplier also holds BRC certification - the most stringent food safety standard in the industry. Every lot is lab tested.

Free from nuts, peanuts, dairy, soy, and gluten, it's the gold standard in clean, conscious cacao. We crush, winnow, grind, and temper our cacao into a silky smooth paste that delivers a rich, creamy mouthfeel and a delightfully mild, fruity finish.

We don't grow or process this cacao - we source it with deep intention, always with your wellness in mind. From our hearts to yours, we hope our goods bring you nourishment, joy, and blessings beyond measure.

Ways to Enjoy

Our cacao paste melts like fine chocolate - because that's exactly what it is, in its purest form. With zero added sugar, it's a blank canvas, ready to be transformed into whatever your heart (or recipe) desires.

Get Creative:

  • Sip it: Stir into hot water, milk, or your favourite coffee for a deeply flavourful hot chocolate, elixir, or ceremonial brew.
  • Bake with it: Swap into brownies, cookies, or cakes for an intense, fudgy depth.
  • Snack on it: Chop into trail mix, grate over yogurt, or blend into smoothies.
  • Create with it: Melt and mold into your own dark chocolate bars, silky truffles, or crunchy bark studded with nuts, seeds, nibs, and dried fruit.

However you choose to indulge, a little goes a long way- and the possibilities are deliciously endless.

5 kg cacao paste

awesome product, very intense rich chocolate taste without any additives. This stuff makes for a wonderful drinking chocolate, simply dissolved and mixed well in hot water.

Love the cacao.

Im pleased with the offering, not so much the price. I get it, everything is crazy expensive, but this quality is amazing. Thanks and God bless you.

5kg Peruvian cacao paste

I have replaced my morning coffee with 15 to 20 g of this cacao paste, melted in hot water, and mixed with a frothing wand. The previous cacao paste from Ecuador had a slightly richer, nuttier flavor to it. At first, I was slightly disappointed that this did not seem as strong, but it grew on me quickly. The Peruvian cacao paste is lighter in body, with fruity notes and less bitterness overall. The boost I get from it is much smoother and longer lasting that what I used to get from coffee!

Cacao

Very good but the problem is that most of the pieces are too big. It takes a chisel and a hammer to break them. With the 5 kg from Ecuador that I already bought, the pieces was smaller and you could break the bigger ones with your hands.

The real deal

I'm most happy about supporting the lovely ladies of the Peru how harvest this with love. I trust they're not putting gross stuff before it hits shelves.

The price has gone up, unfortunately, but beats chugging coffee. Can't go wrong.
