One of our originals- same recipe, same love (we just added 'lemon' to the name) and yes, loyal fans, it was always there. The heat of powdered ginger meets our specialty cacao for a bar that's fresh, satisfying, and warming. Ultra-premium cacao, biodynamic golden cane, ginger powder, and ginger and lemon essential oils. Just enough warmth for these snowy and rainy Canadian days, but works in summer too- go figure. So good, I'm eating one right now. You should too :)
Purity You Can Trust: Our ingredients are third-party lab tested, free from common allergens (nuts, peanuts, dairy, soy, gluten), certified organic (except our mt. salt), FairTrade and Kosher (at supplier level), ceremonial grade (cacao), vegan, and non-GMO. Our cacao is exceptionally rich, creamy and smooth- yet with far less bitterness than one might expect. It's uncommonly good and special, just like you!
Ultra-Premium, Pure Criollo Cacao from Peru: We’ve carefully sourced the finest ‘ceremonially grade’ Criollo cacao from VRAEM district, province of Cusco, Peru ensuring no CCN51 hybrid varietals. This cacao is minimally heated thus preserving higher flavanol content while offering a uniquely smooth, less bitter floral/ fruity taste. The difference? Minimal heat, a rare Criollo variety, and the distinct terroir of Peruvian soil.
1 kg GIANT BAR SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: Our 1 kg bar comes in two 500 g portions for easy handling and chopping.
This product is crafted specifically to be reworked; ideal for baking, melting, and transforming into a perfect chocolate creation. Sure, you can eat it straight up but please be aware this chocolate is minimally tempered and thus may be subject to textural variations, an aerated consistency (like an Aero bar), a waxy mouth-feel, or a natural grey film (fat bloom), unlike our finished 60g bars which are perfectly tempered and meant for direct consumption. We do not accept returns for these inherent characteristics.
- Before opening: Keep the bar sealed and whack it on the counter to break it into pieces.
- After opening: Use a chef’s knife and chopping board, cutting diagonally for clean portions.
- Shipping note: Due to its size, the chocolate may arrive with minor breaks—but it’s just as delicious!

I had these before and came back to buy a pack a pack of 20. It’s so good, they are thin and melt in your mouth. Excellent companion with drinking matcha.
Thinner bar is step in correct direction.
In my opinion, three slabs instead of two would be better.

Been buying Giddy bars for 6 years. Really like the high cocoa content especially the 100%. The bitterness is an acquired taste and giddy yo has the best quality. Absolutely love it and have recommended them to many friends and family members.
This is our 3rd order this year so that shows how much we love the product. Once you are used to unsweetened chocolate, the exquisite taste and smoothness of this bar can't be beat.
Your decision to cut the slabs into two horizontal thinner ones is brilliant. Makes cutting the bars into pieces so much easier and more accurate with much less fracturing into tiny pieces.

I ordered this one 2xs now and really enjoy the ginger flavour. I also find the ginger helps with my belly and vertigo naturally. Plus gives me a reason to have a treat. My husband also really enjoys these bars.

The quality & taste of this 100% cacao is my favourite. I choose it because it also has no sugar added. I don’t like sweet, prefer a bit of natural bitterness of cacao. What a treat.
