Le café Giddy Yo est si bon ; des grains d'Arabica biologiques, cultivés de manière éthique, traités par lavage, torréfiés à l'air qui doivent passer notre test de « pureté ». Chaque lot est testé en laboratoire pour être exempt des mycotoxines courantes du café, des bactéries nocives, des moisissures et des champignons (cela semble dégoûtant mais c'est courant dans le café :/).
Nous le faisons parce que votre bien-être est important, et parce que c'est la bonne chose à faire. Nous espérons que vous l'aimerez autant que nous. Et oui, le café peut être bon pour la santé avec modération, il suffit de choisir le bon café !
Le café colombien biologique entièrement lavé offre un équilibre classique de tasse de café du matin avec une acidité douce, des notes de fruits secs et de vanille.

Ingredients: *Arabica air roasted coffee beans, Colombia.
Ingrédients : *grains de café Arabica torréfiés à l'air, Colombie.

Comment préparer un café parfait : commencez avec de l'eau de source chaude (91-96 C est la température idéale). Utilisez 2 cuillères à soupe de café moulu pour 17 cl d'eau. Moudrez les grains juste avant la préparation.
Dégustez-le noir ou essayez quelque chose de différent en faisant mousser votre café infusé avec des épices terreuses, du maca, de la vanille, du cacao, du lait de coco, un édulcorant, du poivre de Cayenne et toujours une pincée de notre sel de montagne. Partagez votre amour du café avec d'autres !
Conservez les grains dans leur sac ventilé d'origine, à l'abri de l'humidité, de la lumière directe et de la chaleur.

Super clean, tasty and full bodied. I pull better shots with this stuff, than the watery hipster juice I get from most top coffee spots here in town.

I loved the medium roast Giddy beans. I was off coffee intentionally for 1 year and this was the first coffee I had when I reintroduced it. It was delicious, didn't give me any jitters! So happy to find a CLEAN product locally in Canada! Congrats on a great product.....will you come out with a decaf bean soon ?! ;)
I generally don't tolerate coffee until I stumbled across a US brand years ago before Giddy YoYo had coffee. Given recent state of times, couldn't afford to pay the exchange forwarding etc on this other brand so I decided to try Giddy YoYo when they had a sale as they checked a lot of the same boxes as the US brand. I'm so glad that I did! I've had no issues transitioning and it tastes delicious - better than the other brand when they don't have the right ones in stock. Happy to support locally going forward and wish more Canadian companies aligned with my needs. Well done Giddy Yoyo!

I have been looking for a clean coffee for years I’ve ordered some from the states, I’ve ordered some from overseas, I have tried local roasteries and nothing compares to the quality of this coffee. It does not upset my stomach, it has no effect on my anxiety and I have no jitters what so ever after drinking this coffee. It has a really smooth taste no bitterness at all. It’s truly a beautiful medium roast coffee and 100% worth the price.
It is my 5th bag and I am still amazed by the taste and the quality of this coffee.

This coffee is delicious! We do not usually drink an expresso bean coffee but after sampling this coffee,it has become our favorite! It is not bitter, it has a full body flavor and is smooth. So worth the price!
