Là où tout a commencé. Notre toute première barre de chocolat – celle qui a lancé tout ce délicieux voyage. Pas de chichis, pas de saveurs supplémentaires, juste du chocolat noir pur, simple, pas trop sucré mais assez sucré. Fabriqué à la main avec seulement deux ingrédients : du cacao ultra-premium de spécialité et du sucre de canne doré biodynamique primé. Simple. Classique. Et toujours l'un de nos favoris.
Une pureté à laquelle vous pouvez faire confiance :Nos ingrédients sont testés par des laboratoires tiers, exempts d'allergènes courants (noix, arachides, produits laitiers, soja, gluten), certifiés biologiques (sauf notre sel de montagne), FairTrade et casher (au niveau du fournisseur), de qualité cérémonielle (cacao), végétaliens et sans OGM. Notre cacao est exceptionnellement riche, crémeux et onctueux, mais avec beaucoup moins d'amertume que ce à quoi on pourrait s'attendre. Il est exceptionnellement bon et spécial, tout comme vous !
Cacao Criollo Ultra-Premium Pur du Pérou :Nous avons soigneusement sélectionné le meilleur cacao Criollo de qualité « cérémonielle » du district de VRAEM, province de Cusco, au Pérou, en veillant à l'absence de variétés hybrides CCN51. Ce cacao est chauffé au minimum, préservant ainsi une teneur plus élevée en flavanols tout en offrant un goût floral/fruité unique, doux et moins amer. La différence ? Une chaleur minimale, une variété Criollo rare et le terroir distinct du sol péruvien.
CONSIDÉRATIONS SPÉCIALES POUR LA BARRE GÉANTE DE 1 kg :Notre barre de 1 kg se présente en deux portions de 500 g pour une manipulation et une coupe faciles.
Ce produit est spécialement conçu pour être retravaillé ; idéal pour la pâtisserie, la fonte et la transformation en une création chocolatée parfaite. Bien sûr, vous pouvez le manger tel quel, mais sachez que ce chocolat est très peu tempéré et peut donc être sujet à des variations de texture, une consistance aérée (comme une barre Aero), une sensation cireuse en bouche, ou un film gris naturel (voile gras), contrairement à nos barres finies de 60 g qui sont parfaitement tempérées et destinées à une consommation directe. Nous n'acceptons pas les retours pour ces caractéristiques inhérentes.
- Avant d'ouvrir : Gardez la barre scellée et frappez-la sur le comptoir pour la casser en morceaux.
- Après ouverture : Utilisez un couteau de chef et une planche à découper, en coupant en diagonale pour des portions nettes.
- Note d'expédition : En raison de sa taille, le chocolat peut arriver avec des cassures mineures, mais il est tout aussi délicieux !

-Hachez et incorporez-les dans vos biscuits, crêpes, flocons d'avoine, yaourts, barres énergétiques, et transformez-les en véritables super-aliments.
-Faites-le fondre et laissez libre cours à votre imagination : ajoutez-y des noix, des graines, des baies, des huiles, des herbes, des champignons, c'est votre cuisine, vos règles.
-Mélangez-le à des élixirs ou à un chocolat chaud qui a réellement le goût de chocolat.
-Fondez. Avons-nous besoin d'en dire plus ?
-Râpez-le sur les desserts comme la personne sophistiquée que vous êtes.
-Trempez-y des fruits. Vous le méritez.
-Arrosez-le en guise de sauce. C'est également acceptable.

I cut this into pieces to eat and also melt down to make healthy treats for the family. I always feel excellent when I eat Giddy Yo. My young children LOVE it too! I'm so glad we found Giddy Yo!
Since discovering these bars, I will not go without! They are an economical staple in our house for high quality chocolate, not just for snacking but baking too. There is something glorious and magical about unwrapping such a large, high quality chocolate slab. I like to roughly chop up one of the two bars (as there are 2 slabs per pack) and have it on hand for ease of use.
So grateful for GY's existence and their dedication to such high quality chocolate.
The excellent quality of ingredients contained in the 76% Dark Certified Organic Chocolate Bars are well worth the cost. These bars are not only 'nutritious' with the high cacao content but notably 'worry-free' for lactose intolerant individuals. Although a little pricey, the balance of cacao without the milk is perfect. Thank you for creating these safe, delicious 'chocolate' bars that I can consume without worry.

This chocolate is superb!
Having a multitude of food allergies, this is a chocolate bar I can actually safely eat. It has a minimal number of ingredients, and the ingredients it does contain are high quality and organic. The 76% Original Dark Chocolate bars are my favorites, great taste!
Excellent choice for those who either by choice or for health/intolerance reasons cannot tolerate the ingredients of most commercial brands of chocolate. Tastes great.
Got friends buying chocolate bars full of ingredients not serving them, the planet and the people taking care of the plantations, and thinking that healthy chocolate can't taste good? Or friends that doubt that tasty chocolate can be healthy? Or friends wanting to get into darker chocolate, without that specific taste they experienced with other brands, or on the contrary friends wanting to indulge here and there in sweet chocolate with feeling the effects of refined sugar? Or you just want to show people you love them by treating them with the best while taking care of them? This bar will win hearts and taste buds. It could very well fill the gap between old habits and new ones :) One bite of chocolate at the time. Really, just the bar to please about anyone. This is my favourite brand of chocolate, so I was thrilled to discover that I could order it in bulk. Cuts down on the cost as well as the packaging associated with eating many of the individual chocolate bars (as I do!). I highly recommend this product.

Giddy Yoyo's raw dark chocolate bars are incredible! Ive tried sooo many other brands since Im a bit of a true dark chocolate addict and GY's are the best I have tasted. You really taste the difference! The XDark and the Original are my favs.
XDark- For 89% cacao, this is not chalky or bitter. Only 3 ingedients-WOW. I like a high percent of cacao so this one is my personal favorite. Only wish is that they make it into a bulk bar( hint hint :))
Original- Great tasting bar if you want a little less cacao
