Magnesium citrate (created from citric acid and magnesium carbonate), calcium lactate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), zinc picolinate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), vitamin K2-MK7 (trans), vitamin D3 (vegan cholecalciferol), natural passion fruit, raspberry & lemon extracts. Sweetener: steviol glycosides (stevia).

Dosage: Oral.

Children 4-8 years old, dissolve 3/4 tsp (1.5g) in a small amount of water, wait to activate as per below.

Adolescents 9-13 years old, dissolve 1.5 tsp (3g) in a small amount of water, wait to activate as per below.

Activation Times:

• 30 seconds in hot water
• 3 minutes in warm water
• 30 minutes in cold water
