If you have previously created an online Giddy Yo account (at some point in the past), then your points account is already activated. Just shop as usual and watch your points grow! If you typically check out as a 'guest', then you do not have a points account, so be sure to 'create an account' next time you shop with us online to begin accumulating points. Yes, it's that easy. Giddy Yo Points do have an expiration date and must be used one year after your first purchase since the point system has been initiated within your account. For example, any purchases you made before we activated the points system on January 5th 2025, you did not accumulate points. Once you place your first order, you'll then have a year from that date to collect and use points.
FAQ's How do I see a total of all my points & how do I use them?
Our points system is launched:
- If you've shopped since Jan 5th and have a Giddy Yo account, you are already collecting points.
- On Mobile - You'll see a little pink icon in the bottom right corner that says "GY Points," you will need to "login" to view your points balance.
- On desktop - If you're on the home page, similar to mobile, a little pink icon will show in the bottom right corner - "GY Points". Click on this and it'll show you how many points you have and how you can earn more.
- You can view your points in your profile when you are logged in by clicking on the "GY Points" icon.
- Do I have points from my orders (prior to Jan 5/24)? No, sorry. Points accumulation began Jan 5/ 2025.
- When will my points expire? Points need to be used within a 12 month period. Your "GY Points" profile will tell you when your points expire and you will also get an email 'nudge' as points are nearing expiry.
- Do I still earn points during a sale? Yes, points are collected on the dollar amount spent (before taxes, shipping and after discounts).
