Giddy Yo is happy to offer 1 kg BULK Chocolate bars! These are BIG bars (6.5"x9.5"x1" thick /16.5cmx24cmx2.5 cm thick). Ideal for chocolate addicts, home bakers, and the manufacturing sector.

We're so darn happy to share with you our single origin lightly-roasted Ecuadorian heirloom organic cacao! We use Arriba Nacional (or cacao Arriba, or cacao Nacional..) with a lightly-roasted experience culminating in a deep powerful rich nutty dark chocolate flavour. Your taste buds are gonna be like YASSS! Thus far feedback has been 2 thumbs way up, like we wish-we-would-have-switched-years-ago thumbs up!

A Giddy Yo best seller, the 89% XDARK pleasantly surprises! Smooth and just sweet enough, this bar lacks the bitterness that most chocolates in this darkness range have. Handmade with only 2 ingredients- our heirloom specialty cacao and award-winning cane- purity and simplicity at its finest! Step out of your comfort zone and try it, you won’t be disappointed!

Due to the thickness and extended time it takes to cool this bar, the chocolate may not be tempered. What this means for you is that it may look a little different once you break into pieces, may have a different mouth feel, may not have the same consistency as our chocolate bars, then again it may be just the same as our 62g bars. This bar was made with the intention the end user would melt down and transform into something different, so enjoy!

To easily break into pieces, keep bar in sealed bag and whack on the countertop. It may break during the shipping so we do not guarantee it will arrive to you in 1 piece.

Ways to enjoy your BULK chocolate:

after 1.75 yrs chocolate-free i started eating chocolate again early 2024. must say your chocolate has a sublime taste and finish! is there anything more sensuous than chocolate melting slowly in our mouth? and that bitter, multi-nuanced level of flavours that hit us at the end/finish?

Tastes great and not bitter despite being 89% dark chocolate. Love to cut off a piece to enjoy on it's own or to create a chocolate coating on homemade treats.

As an avid chocolateeer this is a must have bulk version of chocolate. The small bars just don't last more than a day or two; this mega bar fills the void and lasts longer. Great taste. The only suggestion I would have is to pre-score the bar so I can ration my intake! Will buy again!

So far, it is one of the best dark chocolate that I had the pleasure to taste and re-taste but as far as I am concern it is a little bit to sweety.
