Do you chew your chocolate or let it melt in your mouth? If you're anything like me, i'm a total chocolate chewer, ain't no time for waitin' haha! We here at Giddy Yo love texture, so an experiment was way past due - enter the CRUNCHY lineup! The CRUNCHY bar simply has our raw cacao nibs sprinkled on top of our Vanilla Salt chocolate bar (which makes the bar darker, and of course crunchier).

We are so in love with our single origin lightly-roasted Ecuadorian heirloom organic cacao! We use only fine flavoured arriba Nacional (or cacao Arriba, or cacao Nacional..) with a deep powerful rich flavour.

All our ingredients are 3rd party lab tested to be safe, are also common allergen-free, organic, vegan, non GMO and more. We hope you enjoy and share with reckless abandon!

Ingredients: *Cacao (Paste, Nibs, Butter), *Biodynamic Golden Cane, *Vanilla beans, Maras Pink Mt. Salt.

This is the best bar I’ve ever had I think. It’s so good and the crunchy cacao is delicious. Texture and chocolate quality is wonderful as expected from this brand. Salt and vanilla are subtle, extremely satisfying and not over- done on the sweet factor which I love!

This bar has the perfect mix of plain dark chocolate plus crunch.

Um yum, a satisfying crunch!

I bought a bar of each Vanilla salt: This one (84% and crunchy) and the 82% smooth one. Both were tasty. Both are free of ingredients that cause issues for me. But I would say this crunchy one was my personal favourite because I like to crunch, and I think there was something about the 2% more dark chocolate that added flavour for me.
