Giddy Yo coffee is so good; organic, ethically grown, washed process, air-roasted Arabica beans that must pass our 'clean' test. Each lot is lab tested to be free of the common coffee mycotoxins, harmful bacteria, mold and fungi (sound gross but these are common in both coffee and chocolate :/).

We do this because your wellness is important, and because it's the right thing to do. We hope you like it as much as we do. And yes, coffee can be good for you in moderation, just pick the right coffee!

Our light roast has tasting notes of praline and citrus, a light body with low acidity. 100% certified organic & fairly traded of Honduras origin.

How to brew a perfect cuppa' java:

Start with hot spring water (91-96 C is the ideal temp.). Use 2 tablespoons ground coffee per 6 oz. spring water. Grind beans just before brewing. Enjoy black or try something different by frothing your coffee in the blender with earthy spices, GY Maca, GY Vanilla, MCT oil, coconut oil, and sweetener, or not. Adjust coffee, water, sweet & misc. additions as desired to find your perfect brew. Share your coffee love with others.

Store beans in the original vented container away from moisture, direct light and heat. Do not freeze or refrigerate.

This coffeee is amazing! I have it every morning black with a bit of stevia to assist with intermittent fasting. it tastes delicious and feels very clean. I am senstive to coffee, and this is one of the few coffees my body does not react to.

Taking a Chance on Trying Something New

Recently I came across several reviews for GIDDYcoffee. I was doing some searching on line for something new and inspiring and I definitely found my answer. It took a couple of cups of coffee to appreciate the taste of Light Roast clean coffee, now it is addictive because my stomach loves the taste, no after taste or heart burn. A good product, I will buy another bag or two,

You never really tried coffee until you tried that coffee. Jitter free, for real, because of all the tests they do with mycose and all. The only downside is that it is not fair trade.

I drink my coffee without creamer and I like the taste of this brand on its own or with coconut oil and cinnamon in it.

I love the taste of coffee and the smell, but coffee has not agreed with me in the past. Whether it's the chemicals in non-organic or the mycotoxins in organic varieties, something seems to make my head feel cloudy or foggy. I decided to try this Giddy Light Roast after previously trying the Superfood Coffee Food For the Immortals available in the U.S. with better results. I am so pleased to say that I'm loving this light roast blend, with no ill effects so far! I'm so excited to have found an option available in Canada that is of an equally high calibre that tastes great, is organic and mycotoxin free! Thank you Giddy Yoyo.
