Giddy Yo is happy to offer 1 kg BULK Chocolate bars! These are BIG bars (6.5"x9.5"x1" thick /16.5cmx24cmx2.5 cm thick). Ideal for chocolate addicts, home bakers, and the manufacturing sector.

We're so darn happy to share with you our single origin lightly-roasted Ecuadorian organic cacao! We use only fine-flavour Arriba Nacional cacao (aka cacao Arriba, or cacao Nacional...),a lightly-roasted experience culminating in a deep rich fruity and floral, a little nutty, dark chocolate experience. Your taste buds are gonna be like YASSS! Thus far feedback has been 2 thumbs way up, like we wish-we-would-have-switched-years-ago thumbs up!

The 82% Vanilla Salt is our top-selling chocolate bar, a staff fave and what we feel is pretty darn close to chocolate perfection! Salt is a natural flavour enhancer, and the vanilla...simply divine making this bar a total home run! And to boot it's 82% dark so you know you’re doing your body good. It’s how we roll baby.

Due to the thickness and extended time it takes to cool this bar, the chocolate may not be tempered. What this means for you is that it may look a little different once you break into pieces, may have a different mouth feel, may not have the same consistency as our chocolate bars, then again it may be just the same as our 62g bars. This bar was made with the intention the end user would melt down and transform into something different, so enjoy!

To easily break into pieces, keep bar in sealed bag and whack on the countertop. It may break during the shipping so we do not guarantee it will arrive to you in 1 piece.

Ways to enjoy your BULK chocolate:

this is the holy grail of chocolate ... raw and dark enough that a small chunk makes me very happy. i appreciate the bulk pricing. and the fact its tested for mold is just another reason to feel good about eating chocolate again. thank you giddyyoyo for bringing such healthy, deep dark goodness to my world <3 <3 <3

Taste great and love the quantity

In terms of taste and quantity, nothing to complain a out. My family goes through a lot of this chocolate every week so it is really more affordable for us. However, would be very helpful if the chocolate can be cut up into small pieces (irregular even) at the facility before packaged up. It is pretty difficult to cut the chocolate into smaller pieces with the sharpest knife I have. Injures my wrist everytime :p.

I have been ordering this chocolate for years. It’s the very best. I use it in my sourdough breads, in homemade granola, but mostly snack on it out of hand. It’s great to have an organic chocolate with only very fine ingredients. Thank you GiddyYoYo!

Very good I received the package very fast and the bar was perfect, love the packaging the only suggestion I’ll give fo important that the bar may be divided in smaller section to make easy the cuf and consumption of the chocolate, other Thant that everything was really good

The taste of this chocolate is stunning. It melts on the tongue with a surprising sweetness for how dark it is, while still keeping that dark chocolate "oomph". The fact that the chocolate comes in a massive 1 kilo brick makes it even more enjoyable. There's an undeniable joy that comes with breaking a big brick of chocolate to pieces with a mallet. Just picture the scene... A 6 foot 3 inch man gleefully taking a mallet to a small silver bag...Laughing like a madman all the while. Anyway, the chocolate is so good that I've been FORCED to give out two bricks of these as presents to friends and family. And when I asked my brother how he was liking his "kilo" at a restaurant, I earned some very disapproving stares from the family sitting next to us.

I love this chocolate and buy the vanilla salt bar regularly. When I figured out the savings by buying the 1 kg brick I was super happy. I broke it up into smaller pieces in the bag and now the whole family happily grabs a piece of chhocate when they want. Thank you for the best chocolate!
